Job Summary: A Chemical Engineering professional with postgraduate education will work on R&D projects involving materials with a focus on sustainability and decarbonization, developing technological applications for biomass. Design and execution of technical projects, research, and programs Education Completed undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, with full postgraduate qualification in the field of practice. Postgraduate degree in Materials Engineering is desirable. Experience Experience in Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) projects in the field of materials with a focus on sustainability and, preferably, decarbonization. Development of technological applications for biomass. **Desirable:** Experience in developing research and development projects in collaboration with international organizations. Preparation and facilitation of meetings in English. Knowledge General knowledge of chemical, compositional, and morphological properties of materials. Familiarity with developing technological roadmaps targeting decarbonization. Advanced English proficiency for writing, reading, and speaking. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare and issue reports, proposals, budgets, certificates, technical assessments, opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents within the scope of expertise. Provide technical and technological services in accordance with applicable technical standards and available technologies. Design, develop, execute, and monitor projects, research, policies, programs, and events within the area of expertise, either independently or in collaboration with public, private, national, or international institutions. Develop, implement, and update technical and administrative standards, institutional materials, procedural manuals, and processes within the area of expertise. Participate in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of planning, budgeting, and team management processes within the area of expertise and/or integrated activities. Provide technical guidance and advisory support to professionals within the area of expertise. Advise management in decision-making. Prepare and deliver training programs related to the area of expertise and/or integrated activities. Manage inventory of materials within the area of expertise. Monitor and advise on legislation applicable to the area of expertise. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Lead work processes within the area of expertise and/or integrated activities. Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers.
