Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Route Analyst for logistics, with a focus on route planning, KPI analysis, and delivery monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Desired Experience: * 6 months of experience in the field. * Experience in the Consumer Goods industry; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Route Analyst to join our team. In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include: 1\) Attend daily morning meetings with the Route Delivery team and monitor fleet dispatch; 2\) Analyze KPIs and plan daily routes according to the day's focus; 3\) Attend weekly meetings with the transportation provider; 4\) Conduct weekly meetings with the Roadshow team; 5\) Resolve open SAV/SAC tickets within your area; 6\) Monitor deliveries on-site, evaluating and guiding the delivery team regarding quality, service level, productivity, and safety. You will receive weekly instructions on your work routines and will have support from team supervisors as well as coordination assistance.
