Identify and direct individuals or departments as requested, recording access control in documents or specific applications. Assist in recording and maintaining data and information within your area of responsibility, following established processes and routines. Support tasks such as: entering information, verifying, receiving and forwarding documents and correspondence, making and receiving phone calls. Organize and manage meeting room scheduling. Participate in team projects. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. Manage inventory of materials within your area.
