Ensuring organization and process compliance **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate commercial and operational activities of the store; * Perform store opening and closing procedures; * Manage and lead the sales team, drivers, warehouse staff, and apprentices; * Ensure store organization, process compliance, and support in achieving targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and/or currently pursuing higher education; * Experience in people and commercial team management; * Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to understand customer needs; * Knowledge of sales in the construction industry; * Residing in the South Zone is a plus. **Job Details:** * Position: **Commercial Coordinator** * Work Location: **South Zone** * Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 7:42 AM to 6:00 PM** * Employment Type: **CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** * Remuneration: **R$3\.693,00** * Benefits: **Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance \+ Health and Dental Insurance** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
