Operate the griddle, sandwich press, and other preparation equipment. Assemble orders according to the cafeteria's standards. Monitor preparation time and ensure food quality. Sort, sanitize, and organize ingredients and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment. Assist with product restocking and inventory control. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the service and kitchen teams as needed. Minimize waste and contribute to production efficiency. Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Head Chef, or Baker may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
