Description: Main responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection for different hierarchical levels, aligning candidate profiles with the company's needs. * Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes, including promotions, career development, and transfers. * Promote training and development initiatives, identifying needs and monitoring outcomes. * Act as a strategic facilitator in defining policies, culture and climate initiatives to be replicated across HR teams of corporate units. * Lead and implement leadership development, culture, and climate initiatives. * Lead the corporate endomarketing program. * Contribute to improving internal CSC processes by proposing solutions and innovations. * Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. Mandatory requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in generalist HR operations, preferably within a CSC or corporate environment. * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines. * Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in teams.
