Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Assemble and dismantle scaffolding according to technical instructions.
* Diagnose faults and defects in components during assembly.
* Replace defective parts using appropriate tools.
* Adjust and calibrate components to ensure optimal performance.
* Document assembly and dismantling activities in detailed reports.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in assembly processes.
* Follow safety standards and operational procedures while performing tasks.
* Participate in training and capacity-building sessions for technical updates.
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other industry-specific standards;
* Familiarity with types of scaffolding, materials and equipment, and safety procedures;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
