Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and monitoring processes, ensuring compliance, controlling documentation, and conducting audits and training. Key Highlights: 1. Development and follow-up of action plans * Main Responsibilities: * Update and monitor process mapping; * Verify process compliance; * Control information traceability, ensuring Data Book compliance; * Support internal and external audits; * Conduct specific training sessions; * Control documentation for the SIG system within the assigned area/contract; * Develop and monitor action plans and non-conformance handling; * Monitor and manage processes and activities within the assigned area/contract.
