Job Summary:
Support material and service procurement processes, from quotation to order follow-up, and assist in supplier proposal analysis.

* Support material and service procurement processes, from quotation to order follow-up;
* Assist in analyzing and comparing supplier proposals, contributing to selecting the best commercial terms;
* Support supplier registration and updating supplier information in the internal system;
* Monitor delivery schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of received materials;
* Assist in inventory control and material movement, supporting departmental organization and efficiency;
* Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal teams, recording relevant information and assisting in negotiations;
* Support preparation of reports and performance indicators for the procurement department;
* Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting ideas for cost and timeline optimization.
Prerequisites
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level is a plus);
* Prior experience in administrative, procurement, logistics, or related functions is desirable (including as a trainee or intern);
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication ability;
* Proactivity, teamwork capability, and eagerness to learn;
* Proficiency in using computerized systems (ERP experience is considered a plus).
