In this role, you will act as a true strategic partner to our leaders, supporting them in decision-making, team development, cultural strengthening, and directly contributing to business results. Your analytical ability and influence skills will be essential to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and contribute to process optimization. **Your mission** Strengthen and develop leadership teams by promoting strategic management aligned with the values and purpose of the Ápia Way. Understand site challenges and apply your expertise in people management to support goal achievement, monitor team climate, and safeguard organizational culture. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Act as an internal consultant to leadership, supporting decisions related to people, structure, and team climate; Conduct onboarding and monitor adaptation, engagement, and performance of new employees on sites; Support managers in analyzing people data and metrics, proposing action plans for retention, performance, and engagement; Lead change management, facilitating communication and transition to new organizational and cultural models; Conduct employee journey check-in interviews and propose action plans to reduce turnover and strengthen team climate; Collaborate with HR specialist areas (Compensation, Corporate Education, Talent Acquisition, Climate and Culture), ensuring consistency and integration of initiatives; Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and healthy environment by promoting well-being initiatives and respect for differences; Support leadership in performance management and talent development, suggesting mentoring, succession plans, and training pathways. Requirements: **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Solid experience as a Business Partner / HRBP, preferably in engineering and construction companies; Proficiency in HR tools and metrics, with analytical vision and results focus; Ability to work in a consultative manner, influencing leadership and strategic decisions; Knowledge of recruitment, development, performance, and climate processes; Availability to work on-site in Mariana/MG.
