Job Summary:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnose failures, replace parts, adjust components, and document activities, following safety standards and contributing to continuous improvements.

**Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance through periodic inspections;
* Diagnose machine failures and defects using technical analysis and testing;
* Replace defective parts using appropriate tools;
* Adjust and calibrate mechanical components to ensure optimal performance;
* Document maintenance and repair activities in detailed reports;
* Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment improvements;
* Follow safety regulations and operational procedures during task execution;
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs for technical updates;
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace;
* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes;
* Fulfill requests from the immediate supervisor for related tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Mechanics;
* Driver's license: Class B.
