




**Job Description** We are seeking a Unit Manager (Clinical Nutritionist) to join our team in Lagoa da Prata\- MG. This position is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the food and nutrition unit. Duties include coordinating menus, overseeing meal preparation and distribution, ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations, as well as managing staff and unit resources. This is a full\-time position requiring on\-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Management and Coordination:** Must possess team management and coordination skills, menu planning, and resource administration. * **Nutrition and Food Safety:** Knowledge in clinical nutrition, good food safety practices, and compliance with health regulations is essential. * **Communication and Leadership:** Skills in clear and effective communication, as well as leadership ability to guide and motivate the team. * In addition to the above skills, a degree in Nutrition, prior experience in managing food and nutrition units, and fluency in foreign languages will be considered advantageous.
