




The SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/corrections, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee paid by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee paid by the employee. 2.1. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the position due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 22 HOURS PER WEEK **Salary:** R$ 2411.62 **Unit:** Rua AcaciaCampos Elisios | João Monlevade MG - 35931188 **Job Summary:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreational activities at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing sports and leisure promotion initiatives for SEST, and performs administrative tasks related to the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE – BACHELOR'S IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC, and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREF. **PROOF:** Copy of Professional ID card corresponding to the Regional Council of practice. (At admission, a clearance certificate issued by the agency will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PROVEN IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, indicating start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS entry has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
