Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist IT intern to assist with daily tasks and ensure continuity of internal processes within the Technology department. Key Highlights: 1. Operational technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Support for IT infrastructure and inventory control 3. Assistance with internal projects and management of technical requests We are looking for an intern to work as a generalist in our Technology department, supporting day-to-day demands and ensuring continuity of our internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Technical Support:** Assisting users and providing basic technical support for hardware, software, and networks. * **Infrastructure and Assets:** Supporting installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of equipment, as well as organizing and controlling the IT inventory. * **Request Management:** Logging and tracking technical tickets to ensure internal requests are addressed. * **Project Support:** Providing administrative support to the team and assisting with internal projects as needed. **Desired Profile:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT or related fields. * Basic knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with networking concepts and computer assembly/maintenance. * Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills.
