Focus on innovation and AI Agent-based automation solutions FCamara is looking for a Python Systems Developer and Low-Code Automation Developer to collaborate with our client in the Banking sector. Our innovative client operates an RPA platform powered by Automation Anywhere and also uses Python for its automation initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks the professional will perform. * Discuss and understand requirements gathering and process mapping with a focus on automating activities for RPA; * Conduct meetings and/or surveys, and leverage existing inputs to understand the business context and respective processes; * Align with the client team's Product Owner (PO); * Implement automations using PYTHON, Low-Code solutions, and other languages such as Java or scripts; * Define test scenarios for automation implementation; * Adopt deployment processes for QA and PROD environments; * Create and maintain documentation, including updated homologation and acceptance evidence; * Monitor and support robotic processes; * Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary adjustments to deliveries to mitigate or prevent production failures; * Follow monitoring and crisis management workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferably), UiPath, Blue Prism, BotCity, or others; * Experience in systems development using languages such as Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or others; * Basic knowledge of microservices development; * Ability to analyze functional/technical requirements; * Experience with cloud providers such as AWS (preferably) or other cloud platforms; * Desired experience in building AI Agents. **Soft Skills:** * Profile that enjoys researching and identifying alternative solutions to problems; * Excellent communication skills; * A person who inspires colleagues and acts as a motivator for the team when facing challenges; * Proactivity. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
