Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to implement complex features with a focus on clean code, strategic collaboration, AI-driven acceleration, and quality assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Extreme Ownership: Absolute responsibility for the code **Description:** ---------------- * High-Performance Execution: Implement complex features (frontend and backend) focusing on clean code, strict typing, and avoiding accumulation of technical debt. * Strategic Collaboration: Validate technical solutions directly with the Engineering Manager and jointly deliver business value with the PO/PM. * + AI Acceleration: Integrate Prompt Engineering and LLMs (Copilots) into daily workflows to accelerate coding, generate tests, and resolve infrastructure/code issues. * Quality Assurance and Governance: Strictly apply all architecture validation protocols (linting, typing, security, internationalization) and automate tests. * "Fail Fast" Mindset: Proactively identify, isolate, and report logical flaws or blockers, prioritizing system architecture integrity and security. **Requirements:** ----------------- Minimum Requirements (Hard Skills): * Solid experience with the stack: TypeScript 5\.9\+, React 19, and Bun. * Proficiency in Databases: PostgreSQL 17/18 coupled with Drizzle ORM. * Experience building high-performance APIs (Hono RPC) and handling native WebSockets. * Strong UX/UI execution capability: Implementation of responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS 4 and complex animations via Framer Motion. * DevOps \& Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker and Dev Container-based environments. * Prompt Engineering: Proficient use of AIs in daily development workflows. * English as the official and exclusive language for coding and technical documentation. Desirable / Differentiating Knowledge: * Practical experience with full-text search engines and relevance algorithms (e.g., BM25, ParadeDB). * Implementation of advanced Prompt Engineering delivered directly in the final product (AI-powered features).
