Job Summary: The Logistics Operations Analyst will work as a data analyst, responsible for conducting detailed analyses, creating reports and dashboards to optimize processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Data analysis is fundamental for strategic decision-making **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Amazon Brazil team is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to join the Fulfillment Center (FC) team. This person will serve as a data analyst for operations, responsible for detailed analyses (dive deep), creation of reports and dashboards to facilitate necessary analyses for process optimization. This person will be responsible for managing FC data and processes, ensuring performance and compliance of Inbound, Outbound, and Quality operations. They will work in a highly collaborative environment, more akin to a start\-up than a large corporation. This person must thrive and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment where data-driven analysis and decision-making are fundamental to operational success. Key job responsibilities * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance; * Conduct detailed analyses (dive deep) to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes; * Support system configuration to optimize Inbound, Outbound, and Quality processes; * Analyze data from multiple sources, identify relevant trends, and support strategic business decision-making; * Propose simple and effective solutions to complex problems, based on data analysis; * Create and implement analytical tools to enhance operational efficiency; * Conduct in-depth root cause investigations of operational issues. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree * Experience in data analysis or related field * Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R); * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros; * Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Advanced English; * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana).
