AFRIOTHERM, a leader in the air conditioning sector (installation and maintenance), is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Maintenance Planner. If you have experience in team planning, intermediate-level Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid track record of teamwork, this opportunity may be ideal for you. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our operational teams, as well as ensuring the availability of all resources required for task execution. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Support maintenance teams, ensuring appropriate workflow and operational efficiency; * Prepare reports; * Participate in periodic meetings; * Use Excel to create spreadsheets and reports to assist in maintenance management. Requirements: * Proven experience in planning maintenance teams; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments; * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies and quality management tools, or prior experience in a facilities services company, will be considered advantageous.
