You will be responsible for balancing direct involvement with coding and the responsibility of technically guiding the team, promoting best practices, conducting code reviews, and making sound architectural decisions. You will act as a facilitator between technical and business areas, ensuring developed solutions align with the company’s strategic objectives—often translating complex requirements into clear, feasible implementations—and identifying and developing talent, providing mentorship, resolving conflicts, and keeping the team motivated, productive, and collaborative. Responsibilities and Duties: * Define and guide architectural decisions; * Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices; * Conduct code reviews; * Mentor and develop the team's technical skills; * Facilitate communication between technical and business teams; * Support and oversee technical planning of deliverables; * Identify and resolve technical blockers; * Promote adoption of appropriate tools and technologies; * Ensure application scalability, performance, and security; * Represent the team technically in strategic meetings. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Experience as a Tech Lead for web applications or similar role in technology teams using agile methodologies and deploying applications on Cloud/On\-Premises environments. Experience mentoring technical teams and interfacing with business areas. * Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA. Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and computational complexity. Knowledge of application architecture, microservices, Twelve-Factor App, code optimizations, and caching. Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest or similar) and version control systems (GIT). * Preferred: Experience with early versions of Java, Struts, PrimeFaces, JSF, JSP, and WebSphere, aimed at legacy application migration.
