Application Engineer, Mining Segment

Description

MA Human Resources Consulting is seeking a mid-level Application Engineering and Sales professional with experience in technical rubber products, linings, conveyor belts, adhesives, and/or repair and splicing products for conveyor belts, to work at a multinational company in the mining sector, under CLT employment. The role will be responsible for specification, sizing, and application of solutions to ensure optimal performance of conveying systems. Reports to the Commercial Manager. Requirements: Experience in the mining sector and in serving clients from agribusiness, cement, steelmaking, and equipment manufacturing industries. Knowledge of conveyor belt calculations, specification, and technical support is preferred. Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency are desirable. Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering or Technology. Residence in the Atibaia region or easy access to it. Willingness to travel. Analytical profile with strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, hands-on approach, self-starting attitude, and teamwork orientation. The company offers competitive salary and benefits; the position starts as on-site and may transition to hybrid after six months.
