Opportunity for promotion to grill cook **JOB: KITCHEN ASSISTANT – TAMBORÉ RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble sandwiches, ensuring compliance with the Preparation Manual and maintaining quality and presentation standards * Perform food pre\-preparation, hygiene, organization, and small-scale food production across various kitchen departments * Maintain store organization and cleanliness jointly with the team * Work efficiently, pay attention to details, and collaborate effectively within a team **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** **Salary:** starting from **R$ 1\.840 \+ R$ 300 bonus \+ tips (variable)** **We have 2 positions available:** * **1 position – Morning shift:** 9 AM to 5:20 PM * **1 position – Night shift:** * Weekdays: 2 PM to 10:20 PM * Fridays and Saturdays: 3 PM to 11:20 PM * **Opportunity for promotion to grill cook** **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (permanent contract) **Work Location:** On-site **BENEFITS:** * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Employee of the month award: **R$ 150** * Monthly target bonus: **R$ 150** * **CAJU Visa** benefits card, providing access to: * Gym membership plan * Medical and psychological consultations * Discounts at pharmacies and laboratories **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactivity, efficiency, and willingness to learn * Must be **at least 18 years old** * Availability to complete **2 paid trial days** prior to hiring * Must reside in nearby cities such as: * **Barueri, Tamboré, Taboão da Serra, Itapevi, Carapicuíba, Osasco** * , and others **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in this field or in fast-food chains (McDonald's, Burger King, Bob's, Bullguer, etc.) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
