Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role** * Define and evolve **enterprise and solution architectures**, aligning IT strategies with business objectives. * Design and implement **scalable, resilient, and secure architectures** in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise). * Lead **technological modernization initiatives**, including adoption of microservices, containers, serverless, and integration with Artificial Intelligence. * Define **architectural standards, technical governance, and best development practices** for technology teams. * Conduct **proofs of concept (POCs) and rapid prototyping** to validate new technologies and innovative solutions. * Lead the **design and implementation of Cloud-Native architectures** using platforms such as AWS and Azure. * Ensure **efficient integration among corporate, legacy, and modern platforms**, using SOA standards and APIs. * Collaborate with **technical and business stakeholders** to translate strategic requirements into viable technological solutions. * Perform **application performance, scalability, and security analysis**, proposing continuous improvements. * Coordinate **technical teams and vendors**, ensuring correct implementation of defined architectural solutions. * Document and communicate architectures using **structured models and diagrams (UML, C4 Model, etc.)** **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in **solution architecture and enterprise architecture**. * Experience in **distributed architectures, microservices, and corporate system integration**. * Strong knowledge of **Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)** and integration patterns. * Experience in **cloud computing**, especially in **AWS and Azure**. * Experience with **containers and orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS). * Knowledge of **serverless architectures** and managed cloud services. * Experience with **API Management and API Gateways**. * Experience in **messaging and event-driven architectures** (Kafka, ActiveMQ). * Knowledge of **Service Mesh and inter-microservice communication** (Istio, Linkerd, Envoy). * Experience with **CI/CD and pipeline automation** (Jenkins, GitLab). * Knowledge of **monitoring, observability, and tracing** (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Jaeger). * Experience in **application security and federated authentication** (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT). * Experience in **architectural documentation and system modeling** (UML, C4 Model). * Experience with **agile methodologies and collaboration tools** (Jira, Trello, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience applying **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**. * Experience with **event-based and data streaming architectures**. * Knowledge of **enterprise integration platforms and ETL**. * Experience with **advanced observability and distributed logging architecture**. * Experience in **hybrid and multi-cloud environments**. * Experience with **resilient and high-availability architectures**. * Knowledge of **architectures based on Artificial Intelligence and process automation**. * Experience in **enterprise architecture governance and definition of technological standards**. * Experience in technical leadership and **mentoring development and architecture teams**. **What We Offer** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
