We are looking for a **Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** with interest and solid foundational knowledge in **DevOps, Cloud, and automation**, to join our technology team and directly contribute to the **building, operation, and observability of our platform**. You will be part of a collaborative team offering close technical mentorship and learning opportunities within an environment that combines innovation, modern engineering culture, and shared responsibility for system reliability. #### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in managing infrastructure on **AWS and GCP** (VPC, CloudFront/CDN, S3/Cloud Storage, IAM, Container Registry, EC2, etc); * Support operations in the **Kubernetes** environment, performing deployments, adjusting Helm Charts, and assisting with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD; * Create, maintain, and improve **CI/CD pipelines** (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD); * Work with **Terraform** (or equivalent tools) for infrastructure provisioning and automation; * Help create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and alerts using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch, and ElasticStack; * Participate in incident investigations and resolution with team support; * Collaborate with development teams to enhance observability, performance, and security; * Contribute automations, scripts, and continuous improvements to the infrastructure ecosystem; * Document processes, workflows, and standards to facilitate onboarding and operational predictability. #### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical knowledge of **AWS** and/or **GCP** (S3/Cloud Storage, VPC, CloudFront, IAM, Container Registry); * Familiarity with **Kubernetes**, **Helm**, and GitOps tools such as **ArgoCD**; * Experience with **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.); * Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code** — preferably **Terraform**; * Basic understanding of networking, DNS, SSL certificates, and cloud security fundamentals; * Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, Bash, or Go); * Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with technical peers. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Interest in **high availability**, system performance, and scalability; * Introductory knowledge of **advanced networking** (ingress controllers, load balancers, firewalls, gateways); * Familiarity with **observability tools** (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Datadog, CloudWatch); * Understanding of **cloud security practices**, identity management, least privilege, and secrets management; * Hands-on experience with Docker containers and best practices for building and deploying; * Interest in **automation tools**, scripting, and more robust pipelines; * Awareness of **SLOs/SLIs**, structured logging, distributed tracing, and SRE practices; * Willingness to participate in technical discussions and understand architectural trade-offs; * Ability to clearly document workflows, incidents, and processes; * Interest in participating in post-mortems and incident prevention initiatives; * Curiosity about reliability engineering and distributed systems architecture. #### **Additional Information** * Meal allowance of BRL 46.00 per business day; * iFood Club (exclusive coupons and benefits); * Totalpass and Gympass partnership; * Birthday Day Off; * Bradesco health insurance plan; * Star Bem partnership; * Childcare assistance for children up to 6 years old (exclusive benefit for mothers); * Casual dress code; * Employment type: **CLT**; * Remote work allowance; * Work model: 1 day per week in the South Zone of São Paulo.
