Implementation of personalized web and mobile experiences **Global System** has an opportunity for a **Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud** professional to work on a strategic Salesforce platform evolution project. **Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer** **Work Model:** Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite at Berrini (SP) **Contract Type:** PJ **Spanish proficiency required** ### **Requirements** * Experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions). * Knowledge of **AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Experience with **Salesforce Personalize (Interaction Studio)**. * Experience with **Advertising Studio** and audience management. * Hands-on experience with **API and event-based integrations (JSON)**. * Experience in **CRM, Martech, or marketing automation** projects. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Build, optimize, and monitor **omnichannel CRM journeys** (acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization). * Develop **automations, segmentations, data models, and integrations** in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Create **templates, components, and CloudPages** using **AMPscript and SSJS**. * Use **Advertising Studio** to activate and synchronize audiences across media platforms. * Implement **personalized web and mobile experiences** with Salesforce Personalize. * Build **decision APIs (NBO/NBA)** for channels such as **WhatsApp, IVR, call center, website, and app**. * Ensure **best practices for governance, data management, versioning, and platform performance**. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * **Fluent Spanish** * Experience in **telecom, streaming/OTT, or e\-commerce** * Knowledge of **Data Cloud / CDP** * Experience with **MuleSoft** * Participation in **platform migration projects (e.g., SAS to Salesforce)** Interested candidates may send their resume or contact us for further information.
