Now, we are expanding our team—and we want you on board. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **operational and functional support for TOTVS RM**, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with business processes. * Maintain and support **Backoffice modules**, including: * Purchasing * Finance * Payroll * Accounting * Address requirements related to the **Construction and Projects (TCOP)** modules. * Support **Approval and Service workflows (Agilis)**, ensuring correct configuration and functionality. * Develop, maintain, and enhance **reports and OLAP cubes**, supporting user departments in decision-making. * Provide user support, incident analysis, identification of **root causes**, and proposal of effective solutions. * Contribute to process improvements, system configurations, and best practices for system usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Desired Courses and Certifications** * Official courses or hands-on training in **TOTVS RM** (Practical experience with **TOTVS RM** in a corporate environment) * Certifications or academic training in **ERP, Management Systems, or Information Technology** * Courses in **SQL Server**, **Database Management**, or **Business Intelligence** * Training in **system integrations (APIs, Web Services)** * Courses in **financial, accounting, or payroll processes** * Knowledge of **ITIL** or best practices in system support and maintenance * Solid understanding of **administrative, financial, and accounting processes**. * Analytical mindset, highly organized, with strong communication skills across technical and business teams.
