We guide intelligent solutions, valuing the individuality of each business and each person. **Our Values:** * We Are Accessible * We Are Committed * We Care for People * We Are Innovative * We Pursue Excellence * We Focus on Results **Responsibilities:** Implement new companies, perform re-implementations, nominations, cross-selling, and upselling for health, dental, life, and Boon benefits; additionally, process openings and cancellations of sub-stipulators for companies already implemented at Boon, across the aforementioned benefits. * Analyze contractual agreements, conduct internal alignment, and prepare the implementation handbook; * Request, receive, and validate documentation submitted by the client; * Prepare communication materials; * Submit requests to the provider and address any issues; * Prepare, validate, and forward legal documents; * Receive policy numbers, verify them, and deliver them to the client; * Request, receive, and send the first invoice; * Conduct the closing meeting (onboarding); * Perform registrations and submit them for system enrollment; * Receive requests for opening/cancellation of sub-stipulators and monitor the process with providers to provide feedback to the client. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in insurance brokerage and implementation; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite)
