Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving patients, scheduling appointments, organizing medical records, and providing administrative support in a medical office. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support to medical staff Schedule and confirm appointments, exams, and procedures. Receive patients and visitors, provide information, and direct\-them appropriately. Organize and maintain up-to-date patient records, both physical and digital. Manage basic cash flow and payment collection. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area and common areas of the office. Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in reception, preferably in clinics or medical offices. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). Familiarity with appointment scheduling and electronic medical record systems (preferred). Excellent interpersonal communication and proactivity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathy and courtesy when interacting with patients. Availability to work during business hours. Must reside in the state of São Paulo.
