Job Summary: A professional to plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities, monitor KPIs, analyze failures, and support inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance 2. Failure analysis and proposal of corrective and preventive actions 3. Consolidation of performance reports and dashboards for the area Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Develop and track maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders. Monitor maintenance KPIs. Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions. Maintain maintenance history and technical equipment records. Support inventory management of spare parts and maintenance materials. Consolidate performance reports and dashboards for the area. Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Prior experience in PCM or Industrial Maintenance. Knowledge of maintenance planning and control, work orders, and KPIs. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills.
