We are evaluating candidates from across Brazil Responsibilities: * Manage controller, financial planning, and cost areas * Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses * Ensure reliability of financial statements and management reports * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) * Drive continuous improvement of processes and internal controls * Support internal and external audits * Interface with operational departments and executive management to support decision-making * Lead and develop a team Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA is considered a plus * Proven experience in controller functions, preferably within large-scale companies * Experience in the services sector (security experience is a plus) * Advanced knowledge of accounting, costing, and financial planning * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems * Analytical and strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilities **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration * Attractive benefits package * Strategic opportunity to work at a large-scale company * Dynamic environment with growth potential Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
