Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience as a distribution network electrician. * Evaluate and monitor the performance of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems; * Monitor and control technical and commercial processes and teams to ensure compliance with commercial and technical operational service standards for customers, in accordance with company policies and sectoral regulatory and legislative bodies; * Monitor the performance of network equipment, lines, and substations, providing support to line and network maintenance teams; * Analyze real-time alternatives to resolve quality and continuity issues in low- and medium-voltage electrical systems; * Enhance service quality delivered to external and internal customers; * Manage team productivity and resource utilization, ensuring more cost-effective and operationally efficient dispatching; * Analyze and prepare scheduled and emergency switching operation programs to optimize safety and efficiency; * Propose new operational procedures aimed at improving productivity and safety; * Analyze technical and commercial incidents to ensure process compliance; * Conduct analyses and propose improvements to the electrical system to increase its reliability; * Handle customer complaints received through various channels, providing technical support and/or directly responding to customers; * Analyze and resolve registration inconsistencies impacting the process. 2511260202401114984
