We value a **collaborative, dynamic, and challenging work environment** — ideal for professionals who learn quickly, appreciate idea exchange, and seek constant growth. **Job Mission:** Perform and enhance activities related to indirect procurement and services, collaborating with departments such as Customer Service, Production, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, aiming at customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** Receive and analyze internal service and indirect material procurement requests; Understand technical and operational requirements with requesting departments; Conduct analysis of indirect material and service procurements through quotations and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, aligned with material planning requirements and requested delivery dates. Identify and qualify service providers according to technical, legal, and compliance criteria; Conduct supplier quotations to ensure optimal cost-benefit for the company, considering risks and quality. Register new suppliers; Visit suppliers or hold meetings to align scope. Negotiate timelines, payment terms, pricing, and contractual clauses. Utilize procurement tools to support better decision-making; Issue purchase orders and/or assist in formalizing service contracts. Ensure all documentation (certificates, insurance policies, permits, etc.) is up to date. Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone; Monitor contracted service progress jointly with responsible departments. Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or contractual non-compliance. Seek process improvements to support departmental growth and development; Track purchase order status with suppliers and coordinate deliveries with logistics; Follow company guidelines regarding policies and procedures; Perform periodic market cost, rate, and service analyses to optimize procurement; Generate procurement and savings reports. Map and present monthly departmental KPIs; Support senior analysts and/or department managers to continuously improve existing processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP knowledge (Protheus). **Desirable (Preferred) Qualifications:** Experience with performance indicators; Experience in negotiating services and indirect materials; Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools; Familiarity with operating systems; **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits:** Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy benefits program; WellHub (Gympass); **Why Join Our Team?** You will be part of a cohesive, purpose-driven team.
