This professional will be responsible for leading strategic negotiations with suppliers, developing efficient logistics solutions, and ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio for DHL, always in compliance with company policies and guidelines.**Requirements** -------------- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement of road transportation services (with emphasis on LTL, less-than-truckload, parcel, and last-mile) and air freight; In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian transportation market and logistics operators; Strong negotiation and contract management skills; Experience with Strategic Sourcing tools and supplier relationship management (SRM); Intermediate to advanced English (fluency preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel is a plus); Knowledge of e-procurement systems and platforms. Behavioral Profile: Analytical mindset, results-oriented and cost-conscious; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Proactive, with strong sense of urgency and resilience; Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional projects.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Manage procurement processes for road transportation services (LTL, less-than-truckload, parcel, last-mile) and air freight; Develop and implement strategies to ensure competitiveness, quality, and operational efficiency; Conduct negotiations with carriers and logistics operators, securing optimal commercial and operational terms; Monitor and analyze supplier performance KPIs, proposing continuous improvements; Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Operations, Planning, Legal, and Finance to ensure optimal alignment and business solutions. Ensure compliance with DHL’s internal policies and applicable legislation; Participate in cost-optimization projects and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain; Utilize procurement management systems.
