




Perform control, monitoring, and tracking activities for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to payments made to partner carriers and freight aggregators. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage scheduling activities (Request, TMS Scheduling, Pre-alert, Follow-up); * Support internal and external customers; * Prepare/update daily delivery monitoring reports for orders, with visibility of status from the warehouse onward, delivered to the customer twice per day; * Perform order tracking for air shipments (dry cargo) specifically for Client J; * Execute the import process: receive customer requests, schedule port/airport pickups with follow-up, and maintain daily control of process reports; * Conduct supplier pickup processes: request and schedule fleet pickups of shipments from Andreani’s customers’ suppliers; * Be responsible for reverse logistics: schedule pickups, perform follow-up, and analyze delays reported in the monitoring spreadsheet; * Comply with environmental preservation, occupational health, and safety regulations and procedures. * Maintain and safeguard equipment and materials provided by the company and used in performing job functions.
