Job Summary: Lead and manage logistics operational teams, ensuring efficiency in receiving, warehousing, and distribution, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and critical analysis **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience leading logistics operational teams, with ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively. * Technical knowledge of logistics processes for warehousing and dispatch, as well as inventory control and accuracy * Must reside in the Indaiatuba region **Responsibilities:** * Lead the team by delegating daily logistics department tasks, ensuring efficiency in receiving, warehousing, distribution, and assembly line supply. * Manage the logistics operators’ team, enhancing their skills and fostering a collaborative, productive environment while ensuring employee safety and health. * Analyze and resolve logistics process issues, identifying root causes and conducting critical analysis. * Propose and implement actions aimed at improving logistics processes. * Audit logistics processes at suppliers. * Lead and perform activities related to Inventory Management (Stock Coverage and Accuracy). * Lead/Support rotating and annual inventory counts, as well as implementation of new processes when necessary. * Create, update, and monitor results and related actions of KPIs associated with the Planning and Logistics department.
