Opportunity to apply knowledge in communication and organization **Prerequisites:** * Intermediate English * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. * **Currently enrolled in:** Undergraduate program, preferably in Engineering (Agricultural, Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or related fields. * Must reside in Indaiatuba or Salto. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated distributor records by making telephone calls to confirm general data and changes whenever necessary. * Telephone and email contact to assist the department in sending documents, clarifications, and information. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via telephone calls or questionnaires to identify areas for improvement and strengths. * Support the organization of After-Sales department training sessions. * Prepare departmental presentations.
