Work environment: You will work within our Operation Services business unit. We are seeking a professional to serve as a Building Installations Estimator, with experience in developing technical and commercial proposals for electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, air conditioning systems, and commercial layout construction projects. The professional will be responsible for conducting technical field visits, scope assessment, and sizing of required services. They will also prepare material and labor cost estimates, ensuring the technical and financial viability of proposals. Your key responsibilities will include: * Conducting technical field visits to assess scope and site conditions; * Analyzing project drawings, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications; * Preparing material and labor cost breakdowns, considering inputs, productivity, and taxes; * Developing technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs; * Interacting with suppliers and partners to obtain quotations for inputs and services; * Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure optimal technical-commercial solutions; * Monitoring market trends and seeking optimizations in estimation processes. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in construction and building infrastructure budgeting; * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, air conditioning installations, and commercial layout works; * Proficiency in cost composition and service pricing; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Sienge, Volare, or similar) is a plus; * Willingness to conduct technical field visits and on-site assessments; * Analytical, organized profile with strong negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in projects for data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructure; * Knowledge of cost management methodologies and pricing strategies; * Familiarity with applicable technical standards (e.g., NBR 5410, NR-10, NR-35, IT-41, among others).
