




Conduct and prepare DDS (Daily Safety Topics) to carry out tasks in compliance with safety standards; Maintain daily attendance records for DDS participants; Manage occupational health and safety (OHS) indicators; Complete service orders (OS), as required by NR-1; Coordinate PPE distribution control via the MOB system; Review PPE specifications appropriate for each activity; Approve PPEs in accordance with legal requirements; Assist in managing safety-related worksheets, such as NR-13 (pressure vessels inspection), NR-10 (electrical safety); Support CIPA elections and monthly ordinary and extraordinary meetings; Manage fire brigade meeting notices and attendance lists; Oversee completion of training minutes (ATAs) and critical training evaluations; Prepare accident analysis reports; Monitor fire brigade and CIPA checklists; Complete PTR (Work Permit and Risk Assessment) and APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis); Audit each employee’s PTR and APR, providing reorientation and notification as necessary; Record incident reports and notify responsible parties for corrective actions; Conduct onboarding for new employees and reintegration for those returning from leave; Deliver working-at-heights training; Accompany labor medical examinations and represent the organization as needed; Update the legal requirements spreadsheet in SOGE; Support occupational safety matters across other UNIMETAL units. Maintain the occupational medicine and safety implementation spreadsheet.
