**Description:**

* Plan and lead the execution of building and utilities maintenance routines;
* Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans;
* Conduct technical diagnostics, issue opinions, and propose system improvements;
* Evaluate and approve work orders and maintenance reports.
* Lead technical maintenance team (electrical, civil, hydraulic, refrigeration, etc.);
* Assign tasks and monitor employee performance;
* Conduct operational and safety training;
* Serve as liaison between technical team and company management.
* Monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, etc.);
* Ensure accurate completion of checklists, work orders, and technical reports;
* Support internal and external infrastructure and safety audits.
* Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (NR\-10, NR\-35, NR\-33, etc.);
* Monitor risk conditions and propose corrective and preventive actions;
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding handling and disposal of waste.
**Requirements:**

* Technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Refrigeration or related fields (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Maintenance Management preferred);
* Proven experience leading building maintenance and utilities systems teams;
* Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, building automation, and operation of critical systems;
* Certifications in NR\-10, NR\-35 and other applicable standards;
* Proactive profile with leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS, SAP PM, etc.);
* Availability to work on rotating shifts, on-call duties, and occasional overtime;
* The professional must ensure proper use and preservation of materials under their responsibility
