Because the concrete of life is not who we are now, but who we can still become. **Responsibilities:** Support the responsible engineer in coordinating and executing technical construction activities; Monitor fieldwork execution, verifying compliance with designs and technical specifications; Prepare and update daily construction reports, quantity surveys, and photographic records. Assist in controlling physical and financial schedules, flagging deviations and proposing adjustments; Support the preparation and verification of quantity takeoff spreadsheets, budgets, and cost comparisons; Manage and organize technical documentation, such as design drawings, reports, and measurement bulletins; Request and monitor material and service deliveries from suppliers and contractors; Assist in field surveys for measurements and execution verifications. Support quality, safety, and environmental inspections, reporting non-conformities; Participate in technical and planning meetings, recording minutes and tracking pending items; Support interface between the engineering department and other company areas (procurement, supply chain, planning, administration, etc.). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred); AutoCAD (basic or intermediate level); Familiarity with MS Project or similar software; Basic knowledge of budgeting, quantity surveying, and construction planning; Experience with residential MCMV projects. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail.
