




Job Summary: Pharmacist responsible for the technical analysis of prescriptions, medication counseling, inventory management, and pharmacological monitoring of hospitalized patients. Monitor patients' pharmacological treatment throughout their hospitalization period. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical analysis of prescriptions: Analyze all drug-related interactions, including allergies, maximum dosage, subtherapeutic dosage, interactions with other medications, interactions with nutrients, route of administration, pharmaceutical form, laboratory test results, dilution requirements, and therapeutic duplication. Evaluate the clinical indication of prescribed medications and their therapeutic necessity. * Provide technical guidance on medications to the multidisciplinary team; * Analyze parenteral nutrition prescriptions; * Participate in developing and updating standards, procedures, and documents within the scope of practice;\- * Conduct training sessions relevant to the area of practice; * Manage inventory control; * Produce and dispense compounded medications; * Complete and critically analyze performance indicators; * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Postgraduate qualification in Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy is desirable; * Experience in Pharmaceutical Care; * Intermediate-level computer skills; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Rotating 12x36 shift from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00 (FLOATING SHIFT) **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility at its headquarters, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\.
