




Manage the hotel under your responsibility, delivering an innovative product and inspiring the team to ensure their engagement as well as the hotel’s financial and qualitative results, in accordance with the brand’s style and Accor/Falcon Service Culture. Place the customer at the “heart” of everything undertaken, thereby ensuring their experience is unique and unforgettable. * Develop strong relationships with colleagues, fostering team spirit and creating an innovative, collaborative, inclusive, and challenging work environment. Encourage the team to contribute ideas, opinions, and actions, and actively participate in hotel and group-wide projects. * Represent Falcon as the property’s operator by maintaining strong relationships with investors, the board, and the building manager (syndic), where applicable. Present performance results, respond to requests, and mediate differing interests to ensure a high standard of inter-party relations. * Cultivate and safeguard the hotel’s and brand’s reputation in the market, local community, associations, and other representative local entities, as well as represent the company before public and private bodies. * Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring and responding to guest feedback via available tools and other communication channels. Implement initiatives that delight and retain guests. * Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and revenue distribution to support decision-making and plan actions aimed at improving the property’s market performance. * Think ahead—anticipating future trends and opportunities—and translate corporate strategy into the hotel’s daily practices and actions. * Be accountable for the hotel’s performance, defining and guiding necessary preventive/corrective actions. * Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast (Forecast), monitor variances, and define required adjustments. Ensure achievement of financial targets—including revenues, costs, and other economic indicators established by the company/brand. * Review and approve all hotel purchase requests and all expense payments, adhering to pre-established criteria and parameters. * Comply fully with all criteria and practices defined under “Self-Control.” * Ensure compliance with current legislation at the property (e.g., guest documentation, accommodation of minors, invoice issuance, labor laws, etc.). * Guarantee the quality of products and services (including those provided by third parties), proposing necessary investments while respecting brand standards and asset preservation. * Ensure the physical, asset-related, and food safety of guests, employees, and the general public. * Guide, develop, and supervise department heads so they can represent you during your absence and take on new challenges within the company. * Carry out other related duties as required by the area/hotel/segment. * For operations at Combo/Tri Combo hotels, the employee must fulfill the responsibilities of this position across all involved hotels.
