Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, interpreting diagrams, and ensuring equipment safety and optimal performance.

**Description:**

Preventive Maintenance:
Conducts regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn components to prevent failures and extend machine service life.
Corrective Maintenance:
Diagnoses and repairs electrical faults in injection molding machines, including motors, electrical panels, circuits, and electronic components.
Electrical Installations:
Installs, connects, and adjusts electrical components—such as motors, panels, sensors, and control systems—in accordance with engineering drawings and technical standards.
Diagram Interpretation:
Reads and interprets electrical drawings, diagrams, and schematics to understand system operation and perform appropriate maintenance.
Adjustments and Calibrations:
Performs adjustments and calibrations on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance, including programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and frequency inverters.
Safety:
Strictly adheres to safety regulations and uses personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure workplace safety.
Documentation:
Records all maintenance activities performed, including faults identified, parts replaced, and adjustments made.
**Requirements:**

Prior experience with Romi and Haitian injection molding machines
Requirements:
Technical education in electricity or related fields.
Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with emphasis on injection molding machines.
Knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, and electrical control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Familiarity with NR-10 safety regulations.
Skill in fault diagnosis and problem resolution.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
