Job Summary: We are looking for students to support the after-sales service of a software platform for managing passenger transportation operations, assisting customers in using the tool. Key Highlights: 1. Support after-sales for passenger transportation companies 2. Assist customers in using the management platform 3. Interact with various internal departments We are seeking **students interested in learning about customer relationship management, after-sales service, and process improvement**, working directly with **companies in the passenger transportation sector**. The position focuses on supporting the **after-sales service of a software platform used for managing passenger transportation operations**, assisting customers in using the tool and resolving inquiries and requests. Responsibilities: * Support customer service in **after-sales**, remotely and in-person * Serve **passenger transportation companies and their contractors**, users of the platform * Track **tickets and requests until resolution** * Assist in organizing **follow-up reports** * Support analysis of **customer satisfaction metrics** * Support customer training on **using the management platform** * Interact with internal departments such as **Support, Procurement, and Sales** Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: Up to R$2\.102,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Sorocaba, SP
