We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of industrial plants focused primarily on processes in the Civil Construction, Mining, and Metallurgy industries. This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution—from planning through final delivery—guaranteeing timelines, costs, quality, and technical compliance. **Responsibilities:** \- Manage all phases of plant construction project management (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning); \- Serve as the primary contact point between the client company and suppliers; \- Develop, monitor, and update schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines; \- Control budget, costs, and project performance indicators; \- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, quality, safety, suppliers); identify risks and implement mitigation plans; \- Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards; monitor testing, start-up, and plant validation; \- Report project progress to stakeholders and senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or related fields); Proven experience in industrial project management, preferably in plant construction or extrusion processes; Experience in contract and supplier management; Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project or similar); Intermediate/advanced English (desirable); Willingness to travel and conduct on-site supervision. **Preferred Qualifications:** PMP certification or equivalent; Experience in EPC/EPCM projects; Knowledge of industrial plant commissioning and start-up. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and effective communication; Negotiation and decision-making ability; Strategic vision and results orientation; Organization and management of multiple demands; Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
