This role plays a key part in managing all development projects within the team, from the beginning of the innovation cycle to delivering the final product to consumers — requiring stakeholder management across all teams, from Marketing to Production and Supply. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Project Portfolio Management: Manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and expected business returns; * Schedule Control: Monitor project progress in terms of timeline and scope, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with projects in collaboration with project managers, proactively working to mitigate or eliminate these risks; * Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on project status, highlighting key milestones, risks, and critical issues to stakeholders; * Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, keeping them consistently informed about project progress and any significant changes; * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes, implementing solutions that optimize team performance and enhance outcomes; * Standardization of Project Management Processes: Implement and ensure standardization of project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Scrum, Agile, etc.) to guarantee efficiency and consistency in project execution. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK, Agile, etc.); **Expected Skills** * Analytical mindset with a results focus, strong planning and activity control capabilities; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ease in working within multidisciplinary teams and interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels; * Agility and decisiveness in decision-making, even under high-pressure conditions and dynamic environments (VUCA); **Work Location** Complexo Viário Yojiro Takaoka, 711 \- Jardim Itaquiti, Barueri \- SP, 06423\-150 If you're ready to transform the **future of food**, come join us on this journey!
