Provide proactive and responsive support (e\-mail, phone, WhatsApp, and meetings). Track requests, inquiries, complaints, and follow\-ups with health insurers. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Support relationship management and post\-sales activities. Portfolio Operations Registration changes: adding, removing, and updating beneficiaries. Review and monitor billing, invoices, and co\-payments. Support contract administration, validity periods, and renewals. Interface with health insurers, insurance companies, and partners. Monitor deadlines and operational SLAs. Management and Control Update internal systems and CRM. Organize portfolio documents, contracts, and processes. Generate performance, service, and KPI reports. Support internal audits and compliance processes.
