




Reside in Itupeva or surrounding area; Have experience in the role; Availability for the 1st shift: from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** · Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Engineering, or related fields; · Proven experience in production, including prior leadership experience over teams; · Knowledge of cosmetic industrial processes or similar industries (food, pharmaceutical, chemical); · Practical proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), occupational safety, and production performance indicators. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** · Certification in Green Belt, Black Belt, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies; · Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, 5S); · Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS) for managing production routines. **SUMMARY** Lead the production operators’ and technicians’ team, ensuring adherence to production plans with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Serve as the liaison between operational staff and management, fostering team engagement and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: · Assign and monitor team activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with production plans and operational targets; · Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations; · Monitor line performance (OEE, losses, productivity) and jointly address deviations with the team; · Support setup and changeover activities, ensuring equipment operates correctly; · Conduct alignment meetings with the team (e.g., shift-start meetings, Daily Safety Talks); · Monitor and ensure accurate production data entry into the system; · Evaluate operators’ technical and behavioral performance, provide feedback, identify development needs, and support internal promotions; · Participate in meetings with support departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Production Planning & Control (PCP), Logistics, and Occupational Safety; · Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S implementation, loss reduction, and productivity enhancement; · Act as a facilitator for best practices in teamwork, discipline, and positive organizational climate. **REPORTING STRUCTURE** Reports to: Manufacturing Manager Employment type: Full-time Compensation: Starting at BRL 5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening questions: * Do you accept the stated salary expectation? * Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Engineering, or related fields? * Have you previously worked in a leadership role?
