On a day\-to\-day basis, you will: Opportunity Mapping and Prospecting * Identify partnership opportunities aligned with Libbs’ strategic planning and priorities to expand its portfolio. * Actively seek market insights \& trends and convert them into opportunities, building connections with companies in the healthcare ecosystem to generate partnership opportunities. * Establish relationships with potential partners and present Libbs and its capabilities. Business Opportunity Analysis \& Recommendation * Evaluate assets considering alignment with strategic core and ambitions, business attractiveness and potential market, competitive differentiation, and benefits to customers. * Promote strategic discussions and recommendations with internal departments. * Actively discuss marketing aspects of the opportunity, considering sales estimates, pricing and access strategy, key competitive risks, and differentiators that create value for Libbs through this opportunity. Technical and Operational Assessment * Understand the technical and operational requirements of the business and coordinate internal and partner discussions, challenging potential critical paths. * Coordinate with involved teams to develop risk mitigation plans enabling the business. Economic and Financial Assessment * Prepare preliminary economic feasibility of the business considering commercial, investment, tax, logistics, and financial aspects. * Analyze, challenge, and discuss obstacles to project viability. * Develop attractive business proposals for win\-win negotiations. Partnership Negotiation * Develop and present business cases to support negotiations. * Lead negotiations with partners regarding the company’s potential to leverage the business, the partnership model, commercial aspects, and technical/operational requirements for business viability. * Seek balance between parties’ interests, ensuring advantageous contract closures. Due Diligence * Coordinate due diligence processes, organizing and facilitating interaction between internal departments and partners. * Mediate discussions between the company and partners, ensure completion of the outcome report and Gap Analysis, and establish negotiated terms in the business agreement. Contract \& Term Sheet Management * Review contracts of various models and business structures and ensure contractual terms align with negotiated conditions. * Mediate discussions between internal departments and partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * Internally present the negotiation structure for business approval, outlining potential risks and negotiated mitigation strategies ensuring the business lifecycle. KPI and Target Management * Manage the project pipeline under your responsibility and report KPIs of initiatives to management. * Execute action plans for continuous improvement and self\-performance, aligned with the company’s partnership project strategy. 2512260202491862330
