Description: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Relevant work experience performing the described duties. Please review your workflow below: * Responsible for administrative routines of the cinema unit across HR, finance, and logistics areas, ensuring policies and legislation are applied and complied with. * HR department routines (payroll, work schedules, electronic timekeeping, personnel files, hiring, termination, vacations, transfers, and leaves of absence) and employee benefits; * Supports other managers in recruitment and selection processes, as well as team training and development; * Onboarding of new unit employees; * Handles government inspections (labor, tax, and municipal) and receipt of official notices (fines and violations); * Supervises the cinema cleaning team, develops floor plans, and manages distribution of materials and equipment; * Controls invoices and authorizations related to cinema expenses and forwards them for payment; * Ensures compliance with CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) and Fire Brigade regulations; * Procurement of general supplies; * Responsible for store opening; * Internal and external customer service. 2512250202491934708
