You will be responsible for structuring and standardizing processes, ensuring systemic traceability, driving operational efficiency via LEAN, managing indirect inventory, and supporting cycle and physical inventories. You will lead data analysis (SAP/Power BI) and design new material flows and layouts, accelerating productivity, reducing waste, and achieving operational excellence. This opportunity is onsite at our Caxias do Sul/RS facility. **What we will build together:** --------------------------------- * Manage packaging and indirect materials inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and availability aligned with demand; * Execute and supervise physical and system-based material location management, guaranteeing SAP traceability and alignment with the physical layout; * Support and audit cycle and physical inventory processes, investigating variances, presenting findings, and proposing corrective action plans; * Lead the development and implementation of new logistics projects, including digitalization and automation initiatives; * Develop and qualify logistics packaging (for suppliers, customers, and internal use), evaluating sustainable alternatives and solutions to replace Instapack; * Draft, review, and maintain all internal logistics documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows; * Conduct logistics process and internal route analyses to identify optimization opportunities and waste reduction; * Apply LEAN tools (Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, VSM) to improve material flow and reduce lead times; * Perform time studies on routes and logistics operations, measuring standard times and operational efficiency; * Define and maintain the logistics hour\-by\-hour plan, ensuring synchronization between supply and production pace; * Monitor and report logistics KPIs such as inventory accuracy, internal route lead time, and operational productivity; * Use SAP reports and Power BI dashboards to identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose structured action plans; * Participate in performance and continuous improvement meetings, presenting results and proposing efficiency initiatives; * Perform other duties related to the role. **What we are looking for** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Proven experience with SAP; * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced English proficiency.
